Sunday Sessions

Sunday 28th June - 2pm - 3.30pm @ Southill Parish Hall

Take a well-deserved pause in your day with this 90-minute session designed to strengthen, lengthen, and restore both body and mind.

We begin with gentle Pilates-inspired core work to build stability, improve posture, and awaken deep supporting muscles without strain. The class then flows into a series of slow, rejuvenating stretches to release built-up tension, increase flexibility, and encourage ease of movement.

The final 30 minutes are dedicated to guided meditation and relaxation, allowing your body to fully unwind while calming the nervous system. Expect a peaceful, grounding experience that leaves you feeling refreshed, balanced, and deeply relaxed.

Suitable for all levels. No prior experience needed—just come as you are.
