In all honesty, I think we're all overthinking this fitness thing & being swayed in too many different directions when it comes to what we 'should' be doing.
I want to simplify it for everyone. I want you to make your own decision based on what suits you...and I don't want you to have to try 1 hour classes, workouts and programmes just to find the one thing that you 'enjoy' when it comes to moving your body!

I Created Morning Movement Club as I Was Implementing It Myself so I Know It Works!
During lockdown I start doing live Morning Movement sessions on my Facebook page to get people doing something every day, myself included!

After those 10 minutes I can either call it a day or continue - This means regardless of how I'm feeling I've moved my body for 10 minutes and/or most of the time I'll feel better after 10 minutes & want to continue to do more.
