Pilates Monthly Class Pass


Pilates incorporates slow, controlled strengthening movements to create long, lean muscles, improves posture and acts like a corset to the tummy and back - pulling everything in!

Single class pass:

  1. 1 set class per week

  2. Ability to switch classes if you cannot attend your regular classes, spaces permitting

  3. up to 2 week membership pause if you know you're away/cannot attend (1 months notice is needed)

  4. Online access to on demand sessions
