Serene Stretch & Relax (2:00pm – 3:30pm)
Unwind your weekend and ease into the week ahead with this deeply calming 90-minute stretch and relaxation class. Designed to soothe both body and mind, this session moves at a gentle, unhurried pace with long, supported stretches to release tension, improve flexibility, and restore balance.
Expect slow, mindful movement, breath awareness, and plenty of time to settle into each pose, followed by a guided relaxation to leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and deeply at ease. Suitable for all levels, this class is perfect if you’re looking to de-stress, soften tight muscles, and enjoy a peaceful Sunday afternoon reset.
