Of course, it may mean something different to you but one thing I wanted to create with Fit@home is a one-stop-shop that does it all -



It gets you feeling fitter, helps you prioritise self -care (which also helps you look younger!) AND includes mindfulness because our mental health is just as important as our physical health!



As someone who has been teaching fitness for over 12 years and someone who has also struggled over the last 2 years with physical and mental health and generally just not  'feeling like myself'



... I’ve spent time developing this method so that it makes it easier for your to spend less time sacrificing for the fitness and wellness results you want and more time feeling great about yourself!



The FitFaceFlow Method inside Fit@home includes time effective workouts & wellness sessions, mini Face Yoga sessions, meditation & mindfulness practices  -


...which will never take you more than 60 minutes per day and most of the time it's more like 40 minutes or less!
