4 Week Class Introduction

Signing up to a 4 week trial is easy:


  1. Pop in your details & select the class/date/time of your choice

  2. Check your inbox for a welcome email (add hello@charlottebrawn.com to your contacts so I don't end up in your junk mail)

  3. Come along to the class of your choice

  4. Enjoy 4 consecutive weeks of classes to start to see results and decide if this is the right session for you.


***Your 4 sessions start from the first class after you sign up and any classes missed cannot be transferred to after your 4 week block but may be switched for another session on the timetable if you cannot attend your class of choice

4 Week Class Introduction

  • For New Starters (beginners & experienced participants welcome)
  • Learn the basics of Yoga or Pilates (select your class of choice) or simply try 4 weeks to see if you like the classes before committing monthly
  • Attend the same class once per week for 4 consecutive weeks
  • Start anytime, places permitted

No refunds or carry overs if classes are unattended.

Groove-it Fit

Groove-it Fit is a fun dance fitness workout that uses the Groove-it Fit method to achieve maximum calorie burn & a full body workout regardless of if you choose the low or high options!

Yoga

Charlotte's Yoga sessions combine an array of stretch, strength & relaxation postures & flows, top & tailed with the practice of awareness & meditation

Pilates

Pilates incorporates slow, controlled strengthening movements to create long, lean muscles, improve posture and acts like a corset for the tummy & back - pulling everything in!

Up the Wall Pilates

Pilates, stretch, mobility & toning exercises using the wall for extra burn, support and challenge!

All exercises can be done from the mat too!


Broom Village Hall -

Fridays @9.45am



Upright Pilates

This unique Pilates class combines, standing, seated (chair) & barre inspired exercises to challenge balance, core strength and lower body resilience without any floor work - NO MAT REQUIRED!
