Like the freedom to choose? Select your select a workout or wellness session from the 'library' of over 500+ on demand sessions including: Combat Fit, Barre, Yoga, Pilates, Dance Fitness, meditation, recipes and more!
All sessions can be accessed anytime, anywhere from you laptop, tablet or TV, via the membership site or app!
Follow monthly plan to follow if you prefer structure.
A selection of online workout plans ranging from a 30 day YogaToned Plan to a 30 Day Hiit Yourself Fit plan to a 10 days to Serenity Meditation plan!
