How to get fit when you have no time!
Time is something I think we all complain about. We don't have enough of it, we want more time doing what we love, we spend it doing the wrong things and we waste time thinking about what we really want to do with it.
But when it comes to getting fit it's easy to put it at the bottom of the priority list when it comes to having time to get fit.
Now with most working from home and/or home schooling and the weather being not so sunny. it's hard to find time to be active in our lifestyle let alone finding specific time for exercise.
But let's face it finding the time anytime is always tough so it's important we start with the daily minimum so we can build the habit first.
Here's a few things you can start with...
- 10 minutes - Wake up 10-15 minutes earlier to stretch mobilise and move the body before you start your day. It may not seem like much but it will make you feel better and start the process of building a daily habit.
- Set a timer every hour - Set a timer every hour so you can get up and move, whether it's walking around the house or standing up and doing a few stretches.
- Focus on one workout at a time. - Fit one focused workout in weekly, set it as an appointment.
Start here and build on it! before you know it you will have built the minimum daily habits to get you started and help you progress with finding more time for your fitness & wellness!
